Care that honors who your child already is

ABOUT US

Summit Pediatric ABA supports individuals with autism and co-occurring diagnoses as they navigate their unique strengths, challenges and goals.

Meet Baba Navas, BCBA, LBA, MEd.

I'm Baba Navas, owner of Summit Pediatric ABA. I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a North Carolina state license (LBA), and I'm dedicated to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and co-morbid diagnoses.

I believe every child deserves individualized, compassionate care that honors who they are while helping them build the skills they need. My passion is helping families feel less overwhelmed and more confident as they navigate their child's developmental journey.

By partnering with caregivers, I strive to help children develop greater independence, confidence and life skills so they can lead fulfilling lives, while their families feel equipped to support them every step of the way.

From isolated to included

Many families come to us feeling isolated and alone. Our goal is to help them feel included and to create a space where they feel understood and can be authentically themselves. Through quality therapy and experienced professionals, we help families move from feeling isolated to feeling integrated in their community.

What we value

Belonging

Many families come to us feeling isolated and alone. Our goal is to create a space where they feel understood and can be authentically themselves.

Partnership

Together we agree on goals that matter to the family, and identify the steps needed to move toward them.

Autonomy

We value the autonomy of each person's choices and personal preferences, and we support day-to-day needs on their terms

Growth

Every individual deserves the opportunity to build confidence, independence and the skills to thrive.

What makes our practice different
